For all sorts of reasons, but in particular the constraints on research in public archives imposed as a consequence of COVID 19, the project is progressing much slower than I had hoped. It is nearly complete and we are well into the editing process but it will not be finished this year. After nearly five years’ work I am not going to rush to the finish!

The general edition of Honours, Decorations and Medals to the Royal Corps of Signals for Gallantry & Distinguished Service will be published, therefore, by 30 April 2021.
